TABLET CHEWING GUM 4 PIECES FOLD PACKER is a kind of automatic integrated electromechanical stick packaging machine for granular chewing gum. Its all parts and components are of high-quality steel and have good stability and wear resistance after special treatment. Fine mechanical structure and advanced electrical control of the packaging machine ensures high-efficient, automatic, stable and reliable packaging of granular chewing gum.
This machine includes feeding machine & packing machine. The feeding part will align the chiclets from the hopper into a line in the feeding tunnel by electromagnet vibrator and then send these chiclets into packing machine. The packing machine takes chiclets and packs 4-10 chiclets into a stick with one paper. The biggest advantage of this machine is the dual-tunnel for feeding & package machine is adopted. Thus the packing speed is improved greatly. The performance of this machine is steady and reliable under running.
The electrical control system of TKM is of imported high-quality electrical components and PLC control; stepless frequency speed regulation system enables easy regulation of packaging speed; photo-electric tracking system has the function of automatic alignment and compensation with accurate color bar control and very beautiful packaging appearance; advanced human-machine interface with touch screen can be used for setting, modifying and storing all parameters in the packaging; it is of convenient and visual operation.This kind of machine can be used for high-speed packaging of granular chewing gum in food industry.
